①look up 比较常用的是指（在词典/参考书中）查阅

比如look up the word in the dictionary在字典里查阅这个单词

②look after 指照料，照顾

比如look after yourself就是照顾好你自己

跟take care of 意思相近

③look through 指快速察看，浏览

look through her notes before the exam 在考前匆匆看了一下笔记

三个词组意思还是不太一样的，多加记忆可以印象更深刻哦。
